And once again, it's been three days.

This is what life looks like today. A friend asked me to photograph her pottery and of course I said yes. I set up a make-shift studio in the dining room, including a king-sized blanket as seamless paper. I had lights on either side and used pieces of foamcore as reflectors. We finished up right about the time we both needed to pick up kids from school, so I was only able to break down the lighting.

As soon as we arrived home, the girls saw the white blanket and hurled themselves onto the table and started wrapping up in it. Granted, the blanket is very soft. And I have promised to get them twin-size versions of the same thing. Still. This is a bit nuts.
